Many times we think we love. We strongly believe that we hold the secret of love, that we send positivity and light of love to those around us and enjoy love in all different ways in our lives.
There are times eventually when we fall from the pink cloud, and gray ideas approach us. It is then that we struggle with our thoughts and feelings.
In these situations, we know that something has to be done differently or not at all, we tend to go off limits. The internal dialogue is exhausting, it is like a vortex spinning us around.
We see everything in black and white without shades.
It sticks in our minds that others do not understand us, do not see things from our point of view, we feel they do not love us and we lose our connection with our heart, our feelings.

Limited understanding
We resist accepting a reality or a situation most of the time because we have limited understanding. It is then that we have to open ourselves to true understanding.

If we connect to another way of thinking then we realize that the way we see things is what causes the disorder within us and not the very things and situations. To our surprise we realize that the battle is given within ourselves in our belief system and not with others, then we can turn our attention inward, to the source of our discomfort to solve the problem.

The basic thing is to be willing to look in depth and often feel emotions that can initially be unpleasant.
Then we can choose to broaden our vision in order to explore all the choices we can imagine. It is likely to find out that we have debated for years over a reality that is based on a limited understanding and it is useful to open our eagerness to learn more by opening our heart chakra.

By opening the heart chakra which is based in the heart grid and related to the air and the concept of humanity, balance, vitality, we feel deep unconditional love. In Sanskrit, the fourth chakra is Anhata which means Sound that does not sound.
We hear the sound of our heart and tune in with the emerald color and the universe, of which we are an integral piece! Let’s all connect in harmony and eternal bliss.
